Cummins, a manufacturer of diesel and natural gas engines, as well as a provider of engine components and power generation products, has soared some 500% since its recession lows. The most amazing aspect about this heavy-duty engine maker is that it could still have plenty of room to run higher.

The trustee of the Trust is The Bank of New York Mellon (the Trustee) and the custodian of the Trust is JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., London branch (the Custodian).

The activities of the Trust are limited to issuing Baskets of Shares in exchange for the silver deposited with the Custodian as consideration, selling silver as necessary to cover the Sponsor�� fee, Trust expenses not assumed by the Sponsor and other liabilities and delivering silver in exchange for Baskets of Shares surrendered for redemption. Each deposit of silver for the creation of Baskets of Shares and each surrender of Baskets of Shares for the purpose of withdrawing Trust property (including if the trust agreement terminates) must be accompanied by a payment to the Trustee of a fee.

    The first thing to remember is that while bullion exchange-traded funds and mining stocks didn't trade yesterday, bullion did. So even though spot gold was down today, the SPDR Gold Shares (NYSEMKT: GLD  ) were actually up 0.2%. The Dutch chemical company posted second-quarter profit that beat analyst estimates after a $3.1 billion-acquisition spree and as it cut costs. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization jumped 19 percent to 345 million euros. That exceeded the 333 million-euro average estimate of 11 analysts.
